V频段星载宽角扫描圆极化阵列天线设计

Design of Circularly-polarized Antenna with Wide Scan Angle in V-band for Satellite Communication

摘要 提出一种应用于V频段卫星通信的旋转圆极化阵列天线,阵元为圆极化微带贴片,其波束扫描状态天线轴比利用调整阵元激励幅度和激励相位的方法进行优化,从而保证该天线具备宽角扫描性能,建立8×8阵列天线模型,选取φ=0°、φ=45°平面进行仿真验证.仿真结果显示,60°扫描范围内优化后,天线在给定波束指向上轴比可实现0dB,波束指向60°时天线增益、副瓣电平及后瓣电平可分别实现18.7、-22.3和-12.0dB,比线极化单元形式分别提高4.0、2.4和10.1dB.该天线在宽角扫描状态具备优良的圆极化天线性能,能够较好地满足卫星通信应用需要. A circularly-polarized antenna array composed of sequential rotated circularly-polarized patches is presented,which can be used in satellite communication in V-band.The axial ratio under beam scanning can be optimized by adjusting excitations of elements, which guarantees the availability of the antenna in wide scan angle. The design is verified using an 8 × 8 antenna array in the planes of φ = 0°and φ= 45°. Simulation results show that within 60° the optimized axial ratio of given scan angle can be 0 dB. When the scan angle is 60°,the realized gain, side lobe and back lobe achieve 18.7, -22.3 and - 12.0 dB separately, with 4.0,2.4 and 10.1 dB higher respectively than the results of antenna composed of sequential rotated linearly-polarized patches. The excellent antenna performance in wide scan angle makes the antenna a good choice for satellite communication.
