摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某一新型四轮独立360°全回转侧面叉车车架结构进行了整体有限元计算,并对车架的强度、刚度和稳定性进行了全面的分析。根据车架分析的结果对车架结构进行了优化,使局部应力过大的情况得到了有效改善。
The finite element calculation is established with ANSYS software for the mast structure of a new kind offour-wheel independent and 360 degrees full-rotating side-loading forkliftwith. And the frame strength, stiffness and stabili-ty is analyzed entirely. The mast structure is optimized with the result of mast analysis and the situation of too much localstress is effectively improved.
