泉州和昌贸易中心深基坑施工变形监测分析

摘要 以泉州和昌贸易中心大深基坑为研究背景,对基坑的支护结构安全和周边环境变形问题进行监测。基于现场监测数据,重点分析了施工过程中不同深度下围护桩的水平变形规律,支撑梁钢筋应力随时间的变化规律,分析结果表明基坑的支护结构是安全的。同时,分析了基坑周边建筑物、地表、地下管线沉降量随时间的变化规律,得出建筑物整个沉降过程呈近似线性变化,而地表和地下管线沉降分为快速线性沉降、低速线性沉降、沉降速率增长、沉降速率减小、沉降趋于稳定5个阶段。以上沉降变形均在设计允许范围内,表明该工程设计达到了预期效果。 Taking the big and deep foundation pit of Hechang Trade Center in Quanzhou as the research background, the safety of the sup- porting structure of foundation pit and the deformation of surrounding environment were monitored. Based on the monitoring data, the law of horizontal deformation of retaining piles in different depth in construction process was focused analyzed, as well as the variation law between stress of steel bar in supporting beam and time, and analysis results show that the foundation pit supporting structure is safe. At the same time, the variation law between subsidence of buildings, ground and underground pipelines around the foundation pit and time was ana- lyzed, and it is concluded that the whole subsidence process of buildings is presented as approximate linear transformation, and the subsid- ence of ground and underground pipeline can be divided into five stages : fast linear subsidence, slow linear subsidence, increasing stage of subsidence rate, reducing stage of subsidence rate, stage of tending to be stable. The above subsidence is in the allowable range of design, which shows that the expected effect of design in the project is achieved.
