摘要
建筑业作为我国支柱产业,为了提高我国建筑业的整体综合竞争力水平,必须分析建筑业综合竞争力实力,因此进行建筑业综合竞争力评价具有重要意义。分析建筑业竞争力的影响因素,构建我国建筑业综合竞争力评价指标,引入因子分析法进行综合评价。以计算全国31个省市建筑业综合竞争力水平的得分,分析结果可看出整体建筑业产业的优势劣势。
Construction industry is a pillar industry in our country, in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness level of our country g constructiorr And construction comprehensive competitive strength was analyzed. Therefore,construction comprehensive competitiveness evaluation is of great significance. The influence factors of construction industry competitiveness was analyzed. And the evaluation index, the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinag construction industry was build. Based on introducing the factor analysis method for comprehensive evaluation. the comprehensive competitiveness of 31 provinces construction level was calculated, so the analysis results showed the advantages and disadvantages of the construction industry as a whole.
