通过像控点数据库建库和数据库管理系统研发,将像控点信息入库统一管理,实现不同时间和空间的像控点叠加分析和资源共享,可提高像控点资源使用效率与频率,节约大量时间、人力和物力资源,有效地摆脱了传统的基于文档式管理方式。

Image Control Point data of different time and areas could be managed, overlaid, shared by constructing Image Control Point Da- tabase and developing Management System. This system can improve the efficiency and frequency of the resource usage of the image control point, save lots of Workload and resources , and get rid of the limitation of traditional document management effectively.
