大健康产业视野下我国运动康复专业人才培养改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Sports Rehabilitation Undergraduate Programs in China

在健康服务逐渐产业化和专业化的背景下,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法分析了我国运动康复专业人才培养的现实问题,主要有招生人数少范围小、培养目标不清晰、课程结构不均衡、课程设置拼凑化、实践教学薄弱化和创新创业教育短缺等。在此基础上,从社会学和教育学视角提出了加大社会宣传,扩大招生规模,科学制定人才培养目标,优化课程结构,强化学生实习实践,完善培养体系,构建创新创业教育培养模式以及加快颁布与实施运动康复专业本科教学质量国家标准等改革办法。

In faced with the time that health service has become industrialized and professionalized, the undergraduate programs of sports rehabilitation need fundamental changes. At present, the enrollment number of students is small. The objectives of the programs are not clear. The courses are not reasonably established. The professional practice and, the innovation and business starting oriented education are not enough. To solve these problems, national standards for undergraduate sports rehabilitation program should be issued.
