易门县野生食用菌资源开发利用现状分析

Development and Utilization Status of Wild Edible Fungus Resources in Yimen County

介绍易门县野生菌品种、产量、品质等资源状况。阐述采集野生菌已成为农民增收的重要途径,丰富的资源为企业发展奠定了雄厚的物质基础,具产业特色的"菌乡易门"品牌效应突显等开发利用状况。对滥采现象普遍,配套政策不够完善,林烟矛盾突出等野生菌开发利用中存在的问题进行分析。提出加强生态保护,引导林农科学采摘,政策大力支持产业发展,科学规划等发展对策。

This article introduces resources status of wild fungus varieties, yield, quality and others, and also elaborates development and utilization status： collecting wild fungus has become an important way of increasing farmers＇ income ; the rich resources for enterprise development have laid a solid material foundation; brand effect highlights the industry etc. The paper analyzes existing problem such as abuse phenomenon widespread, the imperfection of the supporting policies and so on. Moreover, we put forward countermeasures to strengthen ecological protection, and guide scientific harvest, and support forest policy, etc.
