Studying and Applying the New Regulations Thoroughly to Promote the Process of Library Business Actively——Studying and Using of the New Regulations in the Library of Changzhi Medical College

文章结合我馆的实践学习贯彻2015年《普通高等学校图书馆规程》。介绍了长治医学院图书馆通过学习、研究新《规程》并运用于工作的实践。从积极参与校园文化和社会文化建设、引进人才和对现有人才进行培养、资源共建共享、建设特色资源、创新服务、加强硬件设施等方面入手,全面贯彻落实新《规程》,大力推动图书馆事业进程。

We study and apply the library procedures of regular institutions of higher learning in 2015 combining the practice of our library. This paper introduces how we apply the new regulations to daily work through learning. We implement the new regulations thoroughly and promote the process of library cause actively from these aspects： the active participation in the construction of campus culture and social culture; introducing talents and developing talents; resource sharing; the construction of characteristic resources; innovativing services; strengthening the hardware facilities,etc.
