从教育供给侧结构性改革看大学生心理健康教育的发展

On the Development of College Students' Mental Health Education from the Perspective of Educational Supply-side Reform

当前大学生心理健康教育的供给侧和需求侧在一定程度上存在不平衡问题,高校心理健康教育心理服务供给不足,责任主体不清晰,存在"单一灌输"和"过于迎合"两个极端,没有适应网络时代大学生心理健康需求。高校心理健康教育供给侧要在心理健康教育发展中注入"供给侧改革"的思维,明确教育主体责任,在供给内容方面要优化升级现有资源,在供给方式方面要细化分类,在供给环境方面要注重结合中国文化,提供"科学导向性"的教育供给,达到提升高校心理健康教育质量与效率的目的。

To some degree,there exist imbalance in the supply and demand of the mental health education for college students. The supply of psychological service in college is not enough and the subject of responsibility is not clear. Two extremes, ＂ simple indoctrination＂ and ＂ over-catering＂,cannot adapt to the college students＇ needs for mental health in the era of network. In this situation,the supply side of psychological health education in colleges should introduce the thought of ＂ supply-side reform＂ and clarify the responsibility of all the educational subjects. Colleges should optimize and upgrade the existing resources in terms of contents of supply and specify the classifications in terms of means of supply. And the environment of supply should contain Chinese culture,offer ＂ science-oriented＂ educational supply,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of psychological education in colleges.
