教育经济学视域下的中国留日教育——以改革开放初期的福建为例

摘要 中国人的留日教育最早兴起于清朝末期,持续和发展于民国时代。改革开放以来,留日教育掀起了第二次热潮。作为海峡西岸和东南沿海的福建省,其留日教育的兴起与宏观的留日教育政策、地域经济发展需要、个人职业发展等因素紧密相关。作为留日教育的典型代表,福建省的留日教育不仅具有其他省份留日教育的共性,而且还具有其独特的个性。改革开放初期的留日教育,为福建省培养了国际型人才,带动了经济贸易和高等教育等方面的发展,具有极大的社会效益和历史意义。 The education of Chinese studying in Japan started from the end of Qing Dynasty, continued and devel- oped in the times of the Republic of China. Since Chinese reform and opening - up, the education of Chinese stud- ying in Japan have set off the second upsurge. As the west side of the Straits and the southeast coast of Fujian Prov- ince, its education of studying in Japan is closely linked with marco policy, regional economic development needs and personal occupation development. As a typical representative of the education of Chinese studying in Japan, Fujian province is not only common in other provinces, but also has its special characteristic. In the beginning of Chinese reform and opening, the education of Chinese studying in Japan of Fujian province have fostered international talents, developed economic trades and higher education and brought great social and historical significance.
