Duckett术、TIP术和Mathieu术治疗各型尿道下裂的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Duckett Surgery, TIP Surgery and Mathieu Surgery for the Treatment of Various Types of Hypospadias

目的探究Duckett术、TIP术和Mathieu术对尿道下裂患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2012年6月至2016年6月在本院接受治疗的265例尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿手术方式的不同分为Duckett术组63例、TIP术组169例以及Mathieu术组33例。分别对三种手术的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率进行对比。结果TIP术组的手术时间明显低于其他两组(P<0.05)。Duckett术组的术中出血量明显多于其他两组(P<0.05),TIP术组和Mathieu术组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。三组患儿的术后并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论三种手术方式均可以治疗尿道下裂,且具有自身独特的优势,在对患儿的临床治疗中,需要根据患儿的实际情况以及治疗需求来选择合理的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Duckett surgery, TIP surgery and Mathieu surgery for the treatment of children with hypospadias. Methods 265 cases of children with hypospadias admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2016 were selected as research objects. According to the surgical methods, all cases were divided into the Duckett surgery group （63 cases）, TIP surgery group （169 cases） and Mathieu surgery group （33 cases）. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and incidence of complications were compared among three groups. Results The operation time of TIP group was significantly shorter than that of the other two groups （P〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss of Duckett surgery group was significantly more than that of the other two groups （P〈0.05）, while TIP surgery group had no statistical difference with Mathieu surgery group （P 〉0.05）. No statistical difference was found among three groups in the incidence of postoperative complications （P〉0.05）. Conclusions All three surgical methods have efficacy and own unique advantages for the treatment ofhypospadias. The treatment scheme should be chosen reasonably based on children＇s actual situation and treatment demand.
