心率变异性与原发性高血压患者发生动脉硬化的相关性分析

Analysis on the Correlation Between Arteriosclerosis and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨心率变异性与原发性高血压患者发生动脉硬化的相关性。方法选择原发性高血压患者150例,其中100例有不同程度动脉硬化表现的患者为研究组,50例无动脉硬化表现的患者为对照组,观察两组心率变异性、颈动脉硬化及眼底改变等指标。结果两组的SDANN无统计学差异,研究组SDNN、SDNN Index、HRV Triangular Index、TINN、PNN50、SDSD、NN间期直方图各项数据均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组视网膜血管以外的眼底病变无显著差异,研究组视网膜动脉痉挛、硬化、静脉病变、动静脉交叉症发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的TC、LDL-C及TG高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论监测原发性高血压患者的心率变异性指标有利于早期发现动脉硬化,及时加强干预,调整治疗,预防病变。

Objective To investigate the correlation between heart rate variability and arteriosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods 150 cases of EH patients were selected and divided into study group （100 patients with arteriosclerosis manifestations） and control group （50 patients without arteriosclerosis manifestations）. The heart rate variability, carotid atherosclerosis and fundus arteriosclerosis index were observed. Results No significant difference was found between two groups in the SDANN; The SDNN, SDNN Index, HRV Triangular Index, TINN, PNN50, SDSD and NN of study group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. No significant difference was found between two groups in the lesions beside fundus retinal vessels, while the incidences of retinal artery spasm, sclerosis, vein disease, arteriovenous crossing of study group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The TC, LDL-C and TG of study group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the HDL-C was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The monitoring of heart rate variability index is helpful for early detection of atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension, so patients can have timely intervention, adjustment of treatment and prevention of disease.
