耳穴贴压配合福辛普利对原发性H型高血压患者血压及同型半胱氨酸的干预作用

Interventional Effects of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Fosinopril on Blood Pressure and Homocysteine of Patients with Primary H-Type Hypertension

目的观察耳穴贴配合福辛普利对原发性H型高血压患者血压及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法将76例原发性H型高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各38例。治疗组在口服福辛普利(蒙诺)的同时加用耳穴贴压治疗,对照组单纯服用福辛普利,疗程为30天。观察两组治疗前后的血压及同型半胱氨酸水平的变化。结果治疗组降压总有效率为84.21%,对照组降压总有效率为52.63%(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组的Hcy水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合福辛普利较单纯服用福辛普利能更好地改善原发性H型高血压患者的血压及同型半胱氨酸水平,且无不良反应。

Objective To observe the effects of auricular point pressing combined with Fosinopril on blood pressure and homocysteine （Hey） of patients with primary H-type hypertension. Methods 76 patients with primary H-type hypertension were randomly divided into the two groups equally. The treatment group received Fosinopril （Monopril） combined with auricular point pressing therapy, and the control group received Fosinopril alone. All patients were treated for 30 days. The changes in blood pressure and Hey before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate for depressurization was 84.21% in the treatment group, and 52.63% in the control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the Hey of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Compared to Fosinopril monotherapy, Fosinopril combined with auricular point pressing has greater improvements in blood pressure and Hey level in patients with primary H-type hypertension, and dose not incerease adverse reactions.
