肌内效贴联合臭氧注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Kinesio Taping Combined with Ozone Injection for the Treatment of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

目的探讨肌内效贴联合臭氧注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月至2016年8月我院收治的56例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者均分两组,均给予关节内注射臭氧,研究组28例患者再加用肌内效贴,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经有效治疗7 d后,研究组患者的治疗优良率为92.9%(26/28),明显高于对照组的71.4%(20/28),P<0.05。两组患者治疗前的膝关节WOMAC综合评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组经治疗7 d后的WOMAC综合评分较治疗前具有显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合臭氧关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果确切,能有效改善患者的膝关节疼痛、僵硬及功能情况,建议在临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kinesio Taping combined with ozone injection for the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 56 cases of patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group equally. All cases were given ozone for intra-articular injection, while the study group received Kinesio Taping additionally. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After 7 days＇ treatment, the excellent and good rate of study group was 92.9% （26/28）, significantly higher than 71.4% （20/28） of control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the knee WOMAC score （P 〉0.05）; After 7 days＇ treatment, the knee WOMAC scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Kinesio Taping combined with ozone injection for the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis has significant efficacy, which can effectively improve patients＇ pain, stiff and function of keen joint.
