整体护理在小儿支气管炎患儿中的应用

Application of Holistic Nursing for Pediatric Bronchitis

目的研究对支气管炎患儿实施整体护理措施的效果。方法将我院收治的200例支气管炎患儿,随机分为两组各100例。对照组患儿实施常规治疗与护理措施,观察组患儿在对照组基础上实施整体护理。比较两组的治疗效果、患儿家长对护理服务质量的评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94%,显著高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长对护理服务质量指标的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长的护理满意度为96%,显著高于对照组81%(P<0.05)。结论对支气管炎患儿在基础用药的基础上实施整体护理措施具有显著的效果,家长对护理质量的评价和满意度均较高。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing applied in children with bronchitis. Methods 200 cases of children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy and nursing, while the observation group was given bolistic nursing on the basis of routine therapy and nursing. The curative effects, and the scores to nursing quality and satisfaction degree to nursing of relatives were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94%, significantly higher than 80% of control group （P〈0.05）. The scores to quality indicators of nursing service of relatives of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree to nursing of relatives of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than 81% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of basic medicine treatment, holistic nursing for children with bronchitis has significant effect, and higher relatives＇ scores to nursing quality and satisfaction degree to nursing.
