康惠尔用于内科住院患者压疮的治疗与护理效果分析

Effect of Comfeel for the Treatment and Nursing of Medical Inpatients with Pressure Sore

目的研究康惠尔敷料贴在内科住院发生压疮患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院在2014年7月至2015年7月间收治的78例内科住院发生压疮患者,随机分为对照组39例与治疗组39例,对照组患者进行压疮一般处理方式,治疗组患者应用康惠尔敷料贴进行压疮治疗与护理,观察两组的治疗有效率及满意度。结果治疗组的治疗有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05)。治疗组对临床护理服务的满意度为94.87%,显著高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者对临床服务态度、护理操作、皮肤护理与健康宣教等指标的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对内科住院发生压疮的患者使用康惠尔敷料贴治疗具有显著的效果,患者对护理质量的评价和护理满意度均较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Comfeel applied in medical inpatients with pressure sore. Methods 78 cases of medical inpatients with pressure sore in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given regular treatment of pressure sore, while the treatment group was given Comfeel for treatment and nursing. The effective rate and patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 94.87%, significantly higher than 76.92% of control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of treatment group was 94.87%, significantly higher than 71.79% of control group （P〈0.05）. The scores to clinical service attitude, nursing operation, skin care and health education of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfeel applied in medical inpatients with pressure sore has significant effect, and higher patients＇ scores to nursing quality and satisfaction degree to nursing.
