不同护理方法在穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿后的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Effects of Different Nursing Methods After Puncture Treatment for Breast Abscess

目的探讨不同护理方法在穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿后的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2016年3月期间进行穿刺治疗的96例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组53例和对照组43例,对照组采用常规临床护理方法,观察组在常规临床护理的基础上采用综合护理方法,包括局部护理、心理护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理。分别记录两组患者的紧张心理舒缓时间,用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)分析比较两组患者的疼痛程度,并观察两组的穿刺点感染率、护理满意度。结果观察组的紧张心理舒缓时间显著短于对照组,疼痛评分优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组的穿刺点感染率为1.89%,显著低于对照组的16.28%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.11%,显著高于对照组的69.77%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理方法在穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿后患者中的应用能有效缓解患者的紧张心理,减轻患者的术后疼痛,减少术后穿刺点的感染率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effects of different nursing methods after puncture treatment for breast abscess. Methods 96 cases of patients with lactational breast abscess in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2016 were selected. All cases were given puncture treatment, and randomly divided into the observation group （53 cases） and the control group （43 cases）. All patients were given general nursing methods; in addition, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing methods including local nursing, psychological nursing, pain nursing and diet nursing. The time for relief of psychological tension was recorded. Pain visual analogue scale （VAS） was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients. The infection rate of puncture point, and satisfaction degree to nursing were observed. Results The time for relief of psychological tension of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, and the pain score was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The infection rate of puncture point of observation group was 1.89%, significantly lower than 16.28% of control group （P〈0.05）. Patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 98.11%, significantly higher than 69.77% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing for breast abscess patients with puncture treatment can effectively relieve the psychological tension and postoperative pain of patients, reduce the postoperative infection rate of puncture point, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
