马来酸氟吡汀对原发性三叉神经痛临床治疗效果的影响分析

Analysis of influence on the treatment effects of flupirtine maleate on primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨马来酸氟吡汀对原发性三叉神经痛临床治疗效果及患者生活质量的影响。方法将本院2012年2月至2016年4月收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者120例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予加巴喷丁联合氨酚羟考酮治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用马来酸氟吡汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、SF-36简明健康状况调查量表(MOS 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)评分变化情况及临床治疗有效率。结果治疗前两组患者VAS评分及SF-36量表各维度因子评分比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者SF-36量表各维度因子评分较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),观察组患者SF-36量表各维度因子评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗有效率[96.7%(58/60)]显著高于对照组[80.0%(48/60)](P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗基础上加用马来酸氟吡汀,能够有效提高原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果,更好地缓解患者的疼痛,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of flupirtine maleate on primary trigeminal neuralgia and effect for quality of life. Method 120 cases of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2016, and they were randomized divided into observations group and control group, 60 cases in each group, patients in control group were treated with gabapentin combined with oxycodone-acetaminophen, and patients in observation group were treated with flupirtine maleate on the basis of control group. The score of visual analogue scale （VAS）, quality of life （with SF-36 scale） and clinical effective rate were contrasted between the two groups before and after treatment. Result Scores of VAS and each dimensions of SF-36 scale had no different between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The VAS score Of observation group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the two groups of patients with SF-36 scale of each dimension factor scores were significantly higher than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The score of each dimension of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment combined with flupirtine maleate, can effectively improve the primary trigeminal neuralgia treatment effect, effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of life.
