摘要
笔者对被焦化废水污染后的陶瓷膜的再生工艺进行了研究,提出了先使用自来水对被污染膜进行物理清洗,在一定的时间内使陶瓷膜在未进行化学清洗的情况下能正常工作,而且可以显著地延长化学清洗周期和膜使用寿命。对于严重污染的陶瓷膜应采用化学清洗方法,根据污染物的性质,选取适合的化学药剂进行清洗实验研究,并探讨了清洗药剂浓度对陶瓷膜清洗效果的影响。组合两种最佳清洗浓度的清洗剂对陶瓷膜进行连续两步清洗,清洗后的膜通量恢复率可达到88%以上,有效地解决了陶瓷膜污染后的再生问题。
The regeneration process of ceramic membranes polluted by coking waste water was studied.First of all, the physical methods of using tap water to clean contaminated membranes. In a certain period of timeto make ceramic membrane in normal running although no chemical cleaning. And extend the life of the chemical cleaning cycle and the membrane signifi- cantly. The membrane for serious pollution should be used chemical cleaning methods, according to the nature of pollu- tants, select the appropriate chemicals for cleaning ceramic membrane experimental. The effect of the concentration of cleaning agents on the ceramic membrane cleaning was discussed. Combination of two best concentration cleaning detergent to clean ceramic membrane for continuous two--step, after flux recovery rate reach more than 88%, and solve the polluted ceramic membrane regeneration issue effectively.
