网络意见人士已被纳入统战工作视野。对他们开展工作,不仅要做好线下沟通,更要加强线上互动,充分体现统战工作的线上优势。如何加强线上互动?这首先要遵循习近平同志"尊重规律"的思想方法,立足于凝聚共识,探究"互联网+"环境中影响、制约线上互动的内在的、共性的因素,这些因素反映在互动的主体、核心、舆论环境、条件等方面。线上互动要重视这些因素,但也不能割裂与线下沟通的联系,需在深度参与、双向增权、融入统战宣传、凸显平台建构性等层面进一步发力。
