混合助燃剂对高炉喷吹煤粉的助燃机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 对所研制的新型煤粉助燃剂的助燃效果和助燃机理进行研究。燃烧检测结果表明,新型助燃剂的助燃效果优于普通助燃剂。当新型助燃剂的添加量为0.9%时,助燃效果达到最佳,煤粉的燃烧率高于原煤11.72%,高于普通助燃剂3.73%。对未燃煤粉进行XRD和SEM检测可知,随着新型混合助燃剂的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.053 4 nm,芳香层片直径增大0.064 8 nm;新型助燃剂使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小3.96μm。 The combustion effect and mechanism of new combustion improver were analyzed.Combustion test results showed that the new combustion improver was better than ordinary combustion improver.When the new combustion improver was added to 0.9 %,the best value of combustion effect would be achieved,with the combustion rate of the pulverized coal added with the new combustion improver being 11.72 % higher than raw coal and 3.73 % higher than added with ordinary combustion improver. The detection results of XRD and SEM showed that the microcrystalline parameters of unburned coal powder were increased,that the height and diameter of aromatic slices increased by 0.053 4nm and 0.064 8nm respectively.The particle size of unburned coal powder reduced by 3.96μm as the new mixed combustion improver was joined.
