RH提升气阀站中新型控流元件的设计

摘要 设计了一种以组合型限流孔板为核心的新型控流元件,它通过对4路按等比数列设计的不同孔径的限流孔板和管式电磁阀分别控制,实现15级调节,从而满足对RH提升气阀站中流量的精确控制。给出了限流孔板孔径的计算方法,得到当气体通过能力为3,6,12,24 m3/h时的孔径尺寸分别为1.17,1.67,2.35,3.30 mm。在RH提升气阀站中采用该新型控流元件相对于传统的控制方式如一体式流量控制器方式或分体式的流量计和流量调节阀组合方式,设备费用可减少一个数量级。新型控流元件实现了对RH提升气阀站气体流量的极低成本、高精度控制,从而促进RH真空精炼装置在我国的进一步发展。 A new type of flow control component was designed,based on the combination type of restriction orifice,and it achieved 15 level regulation through four way different aperture sizes of restriction orifice according to geometric series and tubular solenoid valves,so as to meet the precise control of RH lifting gas in valve station.The calculation method for aperture size of restriction orifice was given,and the aperture sizes of 1.17,1.67,2.35 and 3.30 mm were obtained when the gas passing capacity was 3,6,12 and 24 m3/h,respectively.Compared to the traditional control methods,such as integrated flow controller or split type flow meter and a flow regulating valve combination in RH lifting gas valve station,the equipment costs of the new type of flow control component relative component could be reduced by one order of magnitude.The new type of flow control component achieved gas flow control of RH lifting gas in valve station at very low cost and high precision,which could promote the further development of RH vacuum refining unit in China.
