摘要 本文以某铜矿开采企业为例,为了使胶结充填砂浆的质量得到改善、使企业管理水平得到提高,同时工人的劳动强度得到减轻,从而使生产成本大幅度减少,该铜矿开采企业的充填站以PLC自动检测与控制系统来完成施工。系统硬件、软件配置以及网络结构、主要控制方法、报警、监控和通讯被包含在该自动检测系统中。实际检测的结果表明:该系统操作是方便简捷的、且对工艺流程及实验步骤的控制是准确无误的、实验结果稳定可靠,减少了60%人工劳动力,充填砂浆的质量及稳定性提高了5个百分点,水泥需求量降低了30%,每年生产费用节约100万元,使用控制系统的预期目标被达成,并且营造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In this paper, we take a copper mining enterprise as an example. In order to improve the quality of cement filling mortar, to improve the level of enterprise management, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced, so that the production cost is greatly reduced, filling the copper mining enterprises station to complete the construction by PLC automatic detection and control system. System hardware, software configuration, network structure, main control method, alarm, monitoring and communication are included in the automatic detection system. The actual test results show that the system operation is convenient, and the control of the process and steps of the experiment is accurate, stable and reliable experimental results, a decrease of 60% manual labor, the quality and stability of filling mortar increased by 5 percentage points, the cement demand is reduced by 30%the annual production cost savings of one million yuan, which has reached the expected requirements., and create a good social and economic benefits.
