不同饲养标准对杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质消化利用的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Different Feeding Standards on Nutrient Digestion and Utilization of Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han Crossbred Meat Lambs

摘要 本试验通过比较不同饲养标准条件下,杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质表观消化率、能量和氮代谢的差异,确定适宜的饲养标准。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重为(28.30±0.86)kg的杜寒杂交F1代肉羊600只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50只。4组分别饲喂按照以下饲养标准配制的饲粮:本试验室(中国农业科学院饲料研究所,农业部饲料生物技术重点实验室)提出的杜寒杂交肉用绵羊饲养标准、美国NRC(2007)、英国AFRC(1993)以及我国农业行业标准的《肉羊饲养标准》(NY/T 816—2004),分别记为CARS、NRC、AFRC和HB。试验期81 d。当CARS组试验羊平均体重达到37 kg时,每组选取4只羊进行消化代谢试验,预试期7 d,正试期5 d。结果表明:CARS组干物质、有机物表观消化率显著高于AFRC和NRC组(P<0.05),CARS组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于NRC组(P<0.05);CARS组消化能、代谢能、总能表观消化率、总能代谢率、吸收氮以及氮表观消化率显著高于AFRC和NRC组(P<0.05),与HB组差异不显著(P>0.05);沉积氮和氮利用率在各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);NRC组氮的生物学价值显著高于CARS和HB组(P<0.05)。结果提示,从杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质消化利用以及能量和氮代谢的情况来看,CARS的饲养标准和国外标准相比具有明显优势。 In order to provide the basis for determination of appropriate feeding standard,this experiment compared the effects of different feeding standards on nutrient apparent digestibility,energy and nitrogen metabolism of Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred meat lambs.Six hundreds Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred male lambs[(28.30±0.86) kg of body weight]were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 50 lambs per replicate in a single factor experimental design.The experimental diets were formulated according to the following four feeding standards:feeding standard established by our laboratory(key laboratory of feed biotechnology of the ministry of agriculture,feed research institute,Chinese academy of agricultural sciences) based on the study of nutrient requirements of Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred sheep(abbreviated to 'CARS'),NRC(2007,USA),AFRC(1993,UK) and Feeding Standard OF Meat-Producing Sheep and Goats of Chinese agricultural industry standards(HB,NY/T 816-2004).The experiment lasted for 81 days.Four lambs in each group were selected for a digestion and metabolism trial after the lambs in CARS group reached 37 kg of average body weight,and the pretrial and trial lasted for 7 and 5 days,respectively.The results showed as follows:apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter and neutral detergent fiber in CARS group were significantly higher than those in AFRC and NRC groups(P〈0.05),and apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in CARS group were significantly higher than that in NRC group(P〈0.05);digestive energy,metabolizable energy,apparent digestibility of gross energy,metabolizability of gross energy,absorbed nitrogen and apparent digestibility of nitrogen in CARS group were significantly higher than those in AFRC group and NRC groups(P〈0.05),but had no significant difference with those in HB group(P〉0.05);retained nitrogen and utilization efficiency of nitrogen were not significantly different among all groups(P〉0.05).Biological value of nitrogen in NRC group was significantly higher than that in CARS and HB groups(P〈0.05).From the aspects of nutrient digestion and utilization and energy and nitrogen metabolism of Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred meat lambs,the feeding standard proposed by CARS has advantages over foreign feeding standards.
