大豆异黄酮和黄芪多糖对哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分的影响 被引量:21

Effects of Soybean Isoflavone and Astragalus Polysaccharide on Production Performance,Serum Biochemical and Immune Indexes and Milk Composition of Lactating Sows

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮(SI)和黄芪多糖(APS)对哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选择体况良好、分娩日龄相近的2胎"长×大"二元杂交健康母猪72头,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复3头母猪。SI和APS以1∶5比例混匀,对照组饲喂不添加SI和APS的基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮上添加100、200和300 mg/kg的SI和APS混合物。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)100、200 mg/kg水平组哺乳母猪的平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200 mg/kg水平组21 d泌乳总量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)200 mg/kg水平组的血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组血清尿素氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),100、200 mg/kg水平组的血清甘油三酯含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组的血清免疫球蛋白G和白细胞介素-2含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200、300 mg/kg水平组的血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)各试验组的乳脂率和乳蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);300 mg/kg水平组的乳糖率显著高于对照组与另外2个试验组(P<0.05),100、200 mg/kg水平组乳糖率也高于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加SI和APS能够改善哺乳母猪的生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分。在本试验条件下,SI和APS混合物的适宜添加水平为200 mg/kg。 This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soybean isoflavone(SI) and Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) levels on production performance,serum biochemical and immune indexes and milk composition of lactating sows.Using a single factor experiment design,seventy two healthy Yorkshire×Landrace(2 parities) with good condition and similar birthday age were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 6replicates per group and 3 lactating sow per replicate.The proportion of SI and APS was 1:5.The control group was fed a basal diet(without SI and APS),and three trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with100,200 and 300 mg/kg SI and APS mixture,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1) the average daily feed intake of lactating sows of 100 and 200 mg/kg level groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),the 21 days milk yield of 200 mg/kg level group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).2) The serum total protein content of 200 mg/kg level group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),the serum urea nitrogen content of trial groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05),the serum glycerin trimyristate content of100 and 200 mg/kg level groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05),the serum immunoglobulin G and interleukin-2 contents of trial groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05),the serum immunoglobulin A content of 200 and 300 mg/kg level groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).3) The butterfat ratio and lactoprotein content of trial groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05);the lactose ratio of 300 mg/kg level group was significantly higher than that of the control group,100 and 200 mg/kg level groups(P〈0.05),and the lactose ratio of 100 and 200 mg/kg level groups was higher than that of the control group,but had no significant difference(P〉0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of SI and APS can improve production performance,serum biochemical and immune indexes and milk composition of lactating sows.In this experiment,the suitable supplemental level of SI and APS mixture is 200 mg/kg.
