摘要
基于交流串励电机风路结构设计中进风口、电机周边间隙、挡风板、风扇和出风口等多种要素,以某款电钻为试验基体,比对并分析改动风路结构后的电机温升变化情况,得到最佳选择。
Based on various factors of the AC series motor airflow design, such as the air inlet, the gap of the motor, the wind shield, the fan and the air outlet, setting drill as a test example,this paper compares and analyzes the change of the motor temperature rise after the modification of the air flow structure, thus the best choice is obtained.
