液滴流撞击热金属表面铺展行为实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对单束液滴流撞击高温金属表面的铺展行为进行实验研究。通过观察粒径均匀稳定的液滴流撞击不同温度的金属表面,利用高速摄像机进行图像拍摄并用IPP软件进行图像分析处理。实验结果表明:液滴流在热金属表面铺展的过程中,温度对铺展行为有明显的影响,随着温度的升高,最大铺展直径减小,润湿接触角增大。在Leidenfrost温度区间内,铺展直径和接触角波动较大。 The spreading behavior of a single beam of droplets stream impacting the surface of the hot metal was researched. The behavior of uniform and stable droplets stream impacting the surface of hot metal at different temperatures was observed using high-speed camera to take images of the impacting process and using the IPP software to analyze the images. The experimental results indicate that temperatuxe has an obvious effect on the spreading behavior in the process of droplets stream spreading on hot metal surface. The maximum spreading diameter is reduced and the wetting contact angle is increased as temperature increasing. The spreading diameter and the contact angle both fluctuate greater during the temperature range of Leidenfi'ost.
