摘要 以四川工程职业技术学院为例,对铸造技术专业熔炼方向的工学结合人才培养模式进行了探索和实践。通过深化校企合作,定位人才培养目标,构建专业课程体系,建设生产实训基地,实施韧性的顶岗实习,形成了适合自身办学条件的独特的人才培养模式,为企业培养了许多综合素质较高的毕业生。 Taking the Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an example, the talent training mode of combining work with study of foundry specialty in melting direction was explored and practiced. Through deepening the cooperation between college and enterprises, the talent training goal was orientated, the specialty curriculum system was established, the practice base was constructed, the flexible internship was implemented, and a distinctive talent training mode which met our own conditions was formed. Many graduates with higher comprehensive quality were trained for enterprises.
