摘要
基于消失模铸造工艺研究闸瓦铸件生产的工艺流程,包括模样的制作、铸件的成分分析、耐火涂料的成分分析及熔炼工艺等。生产试制结果可知,机车闸瓦铸件产品的合格率得到提升,达到90%以上,所得铸件的组织、性能和化学成分均满足要求。这也说明了基于消失模铸造工艺来生产机车闸瓦铸件的方法是可行的,在生产中也取得良好的效果。
Based on lost foam casting technology, the production process of brake shoe castings was researched, including the shape of the pattern, the analysis of casting composition and refi'actory coating composition, and smelting process etc. Production test results show that the qualification rate of the locomotive brake shoe castings gets a lot of ascension, up to more than 90%. The casting's microstructure and chemical composition can meet the requirements. It also illustrates the lost foam casting process for producing automation locomotive brake shoe castings is feasible.
