四川省白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解四川省部分地区白纹伊蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性水平,为指导今后更加科学合理地选择和使用卫生杀虫剂,提高蚊虫的防治效果提供依据。方法选取成都市等9个市州,分别在城区各处采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室饲养1代后,采用浸渍法进行生测。数据经SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析得到半数致死浓度(LC50)值和抗性级别。结果内江市、绵阳市和泸州市白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别是114.50、45.18和35.49,呈高水平抗性;其余监测点抗性较低或敏感。绵阳市和自贡市白纹伊蚊幼虫对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为249.60倍和198.57倍,呈高水平抗性;其他监测点氯菊酯监测结果较高效氯氰菊酯低一些,最高呈中抗性。绵阳市、内江市和攀枝花市白纹伊蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯呈现高抗性;自贡市呈中等抗性;其余监测点抗性较低或敏感。大部分监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏和双硫磷敏感,个别呈现低抗性;只有自贡市的呈中抗性。结论各地白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯产生了不同程度的抗药性,应加强和坚持抗药性监测,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供指导作用。 Objective To learn the resistance levels of Aedes albopictus to commonly used chemical pesticides in Sichuan Province,and provide evidence for selecting and using the insecticides more scientifically and normatively.Methods The larvae were collected from different parts of nine cities such as Chengdu,and so on. The dipping method was used to test the resistance to insecticide. The data were analyzed with SPSS software to get the LC50 s and the resistantce grades. Results The larvae of Aedes albopictus from Neijiang,Mianyang and Luzhou developed high resistance to beta-cypermethrin with the ratios of 114. 50,45. 18 and 35. 49. The larvae from Mianyang and Zigong engendered high resistance level to permethrin with the ratios of 249. 60 and 198. 57. The larvae from Mianyang,Neijiang and Panzhihua engendered high resistance level to deltamethrin wile the larvae from Zigong engendered middle resistance level. The larvae from Mianyang and Zigong developed high resistance to permethrin with the ratios of 249. 60 and 198. 57. Most population of Aedes albopictus were sensitive to dichlorvos and temephos. Conclusion Aedes albopictus developed different degrees of resistance to beta-cypermethrin,permethrin and deltamethrin.Insecticide resistance monitoring of mosquitoes should be strengthened.
