摘要
本研究建立一种快速同时测定金精矿中有害元素(铅、锌、铋、镉、铬、砷)的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)。通过比较一般开放性酸溶法、密封加盖酸溶法、微波—酸溶消解前处理方法,确定采用盐酸—硝酸—氟化氢铵—酒石酸的样品前处理方案,采用钇为内标元素校正仪器和环境条件的波动。该方法的准确度、精密度均较理想,可以满足金精矿中有害元素的快速定量分析。
A method has been established for the simultaneous determination of elements (Pb,Zn,Bi,Cd,Cr,As)in goldmethod, a sample preparation scheme is determined by the hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-ammonium hydrogen fluoride-tar-taric acid system. Yttrium (Y)serving as internal standard with ICP-AES spectrometer is set up,effectively eliminating theinstruments and the fluctuation of the environment. The accuracy and precision of the method are ideal, this method canmeet the rapid, quantitative analysis of harmful element in the gold concentrate.
