NT-proBNP与BMP-7水平在糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床意义被引量：2

摘要目的:探究糖尿病肾病诊断中NT-proBNP与BMP-7水平的应用价值。方法:选取我院2014年2月-2016年2月收治糖尿病肾病患者158例,根据患者尿蛋白排泄率分成ABC三组,选取同期身体健康人群为参照组(n=53)。采用酶联免疫吸附测定实验与电化学检测法测量各组NT-proBNP与BMP-7水平。结果:其中A、B、C三组患者BMP-7水平指标明显低于参照组,NT-ProBNP水平高于参照组(P<0.05);NT-ProBNP水平与尿素氮、肌酐成正相关,与eGFR呈负相关,BMP-7水平与之相反;BMP-7与NTProBNP水平联合检测准确率更高。结论:NT-ProBNP水平和BMP-7水平联合检测在诊断糖尿病肾病中效反应患者肾功能损伤情况,对病情诊断及治疗均存在重要意义。
