摘要
目的探讨反问式分析法对缓解N1护士在晨间交班时焦虑状态的效果。方法针对刚参加工作的112名N1护士,在第1次单独晨间交班后由带教老师采用反问式分析法进行为期4次的干预,干预前后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和导致晨交班紧张因素问卷对其进行评价。结果干预4次后,N1护士的焦虑状态有明显改善,干预前后SAS得分具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。导致晨交班紧张因素中4个问题有了明显下降,减分率达到了25%以上。结论 N1护士首次单独晨间交班后由带教老师及时进行反问式分析,对缓解N1护士在晨间交班中的焦虑状态有积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of question-answer strategy on reducing the anxiety of N1 nurse during morning hand-over activity. Methods Nursing teachers adopted question-answer strategy to guide 112 N1 nurses after their first morning hand-over activity for 4 times in total. Evaluation was conducted by using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Anxiety Factors Questionnaire before and after the intervention. Results After 4 times of intervention, N1 nurses experienced less anxiety and the SAS score difference was statistically significant(p 0.01). The percentage of four anxiety factors reduced significantly, with more than 25% of reducing rate. Conclusion Question-answer strategy adopted by nursing teachers had a positive effect on reducing the anxiety of N1 nurse during morning hand-over activity.
