品管圈对手术室护理配合及风险事件的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Nursing Cooperation and Risk Events in Operation Room

目的探讨品管圈管理对手术室护理配合及风险事件的影响。方法我科室自2015年起组成"守护圈",成立品管圈活动小组,通过分析现状、发现问题、制定对策等步骤改进护理质量。比较品管圈管理前后手术室配合质量及风险事件的发生情况。结果品管圈管理后,护理人员在准备手术物品、传递器械、手术配合、医护沟通等方面的手术配合质量评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理记录差错、操作不当、接错患者、用药有误等手术室护理风险事件的发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能够提高手术室护理配合的质量,减少风险事件发生,对于确保患者手术安全具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC） management on nursing cooperation and risk events in operation room. Methods Our department established quality control circle activity group in 2015 which aims at analyzing status quo, finding problems and making countermeasures to improve nursing quality. Quality of operation room and incidence rate of risk events before and after the implementation of QCC management were compared. Results After the implementation of QCC management, operative coordination quality scores of preparation of surgical items, delivery equipment, surgery, medical communication were higher than that before QCC management, and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. After QCC management, the incidence rate of nursing risk events in operation room, such as nursing record errors, improper operation, wrong patient, and medication errors, was lower than that before QCC management, and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion QCC activities can improve the cooperation nursing quality in operation room and reduce the occurrence of risk events in order to ensure the safety of patients.
