摘要 目的:研究E-选择素S128R基因多态性与牙周炎、冠心病易感性的关系。方法:根据病例-对照设计,分别提取80例健康对照者(H组)、82例中重度慢性牙周炎患者(CP组)、76例冠心病患者(CHD组)、75例中重度慢性牙周炎并冠心病患者(CP+CHD组)的血液DNA后,用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度基因多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)法检测粘附分子E-选择素S128R位点的基因型,并比较E-选择素S128R位点的基因型在各组患者中的分布情况。结果:E-选择素S128R等位基因R在CP、CHD组中的检出率明显高于H组(P<0.05);R等位基因分布频率在4组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:E-选择素的S128R基因多态性与牙周炎、冠心病的发生发展相关,R等位基因可能与二者的遗传易感性有关。 AIM: To investigate the relationship of E - seleetin S128R genetic polymorphisms with the susceptibility of chronic periodontitis(CP) and coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: A case -control study was conducted. DNA was obtained from the blood of 82 patients with CP, 76 with CHD,75 with CP and CHD, and 80 matched healthy controls. Genotypes of $128R polymorphism was analyzed by PCR-PFLP method. The genotype distri- bution of the 4 groups was compared. RESULTS: Higher representation of S128R allele R was found in CHD and CP group than that in the healthy control individuals, and there was statistical differences among the 4 groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: E -selectin S128R genetic polymorphism is related to the incidence of CHD and CP. Allele R of S128R may be associated with CHD and CP susceptibility.
