胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ及-Ⅱ在卵巢子宫内膜异位症表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜、异位子宫内膜中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)的表达及意义。方法选取卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者的40例异位内膜、25例在位内膜作为实验组,另选20例正常子宫内膜作为对照组,采用S-P法检测IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ表达及分布。结果卵巢子宫内膜异位症异位、在位及正常子宫内膜腺上皮及间质均有IGF-Ⅰ表达,IGF-Ⅰ在异位、在位子宫内膜腺上皮的表达强于正常子宫内膜(P﹤0.05);IGF-Ⅰ在异位、在位子宫内膜间质的表达与正常子宫内膜间质无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。IGF-Ⅱ在异位、在位及正常子宫内膜腺上皮及间质均成弱表达或不表达(P﹥0.05)无统计学差异。IGF-Ⅰ在卵巢子宫内膜异位症的异位、在位及正常子宫内膜腺上皮及间质的表达均强于IGF-Ⅱ(P﹤0.05)有统计学意义。结论 IGF-Ⅰ在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展起到一定促进作用;IGF-Ⅱ对子宫内膜异位症的作用起到一定作用具体机制尚不明确。 Objective Endometriosis is a common benign gynecological disease, its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified.This article is intended to explore the expression and biological significance,which in the ovarian endometriosis by detecting IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ. in order to further explore the effect which family of genes in endometriosis and the occurrence and development of benign manifestations of malignant disease. Trying to find more associated with the disease and prognosis of the occurrence and development factors in order to find out endometriosis early diagnosis and treatment approaches. Methods Tissue specimens of ectopic endometrial were obtained from 40 patients and eutopic endometrial were obtained from 25 patients with ovarian adenomyosis.20 specimens of the normal endometrial serve as controls. They were tested for the distribution and expression of IGF-I, IGF-Ⅱ by immunohistochemical analysis. Results For IGF-I, the immunostaining score was higher in ectopic and eutopic endometrial tissue(P〈0.05), IGF-I has no significant difference between in ectopic,eutopic endometrial stroma and normal endometrial stroma(P〉0.05); The expression of IGF-Ⅱ is no significant difference in ectopic,eutopic and normal endometrium glandular epithelium and stroma(P〉0.05). Conclusion IGF-I could possibly take part in mechanisms of development and sustainance of ovarian adenomyosis. The combined detection of IGF-I, IGF-Ⅱ can Early diagnosis of endometriosis reference.
