摘要
为了对数控机床装配过程实施可靠性控制,提出了一种基于贝叶斯群判断理论的装配可靠性保障方法。该方法通过组织多个专家对机床装配工艺薄弱工序故障原因进行评判,得到用于确定装配工艺薄弱工序的贝叶斯群判断结果。以加工中心主轴箱装配工艺为例,通过计算出每个专家的准确度及有效度,并利用加权多数原则对薄弱工序故障原因进行判断,最终确定主轴箱装配工艺的薄弱工序。将专家群判断的有效度与单个专家判断的有效度进行比较,验证了群判断的有效性高于单个专家判断的有效性。
In order to implement the control of the reliability of the CNC machine tools assembly process, an assembly reliability assurance method based on Bayesian group decision theory was put forward. The method was used to judge the failure causes of the weak process in the CNC machine tools assembly process, and it could get the results of Bayesian group decision theory . The results were used to determine the weak process of the assembly process. The assembly process of machining center spindle box was taken for example. By calculating the accurate degree and the effective degree of each expert and using Weighted Majority Rule, it could judge the failure causes of the weak process. Finally, it determined the weak process. The effective degree of expert group decision was compared with a single expert decision, and it is verified that the effec-tiveness of the group decision is higher than the effectiveness of a single expert decision.
