摘要
采用水解酸化工艺对某药业公司高浓度盐酸林可霉素废水进行预处理,首先对活性污泥进行培养驯化,并考察了p H值对废水水解酸化效果的影响.结果表明:p H值=7.5时,水解酸化效果最好.此时,COD去除率为11.5%-11.65%,出水挥发酸稳定在148.3-152.8 mmol/L,酸化率稳定在10.74%-12.6%之间,ORP稳定在-200 m V,B/C值从0.34升到0.60,可生化性得以改善,利于后续生化处理的进行.
Pretreatment of Lincomycin Production Wastewater with hydrolysis acidification could improve the wastewater biodegradability, which favored the followed biochemical treatment. In this study, activated sludge was acclimated for hydrolysis acidification. Results showed that the best removal efficiency of lincomycin wastewater hydrolytic acidification could be obtained when pH=7.5, the COD removal efficiency was 11.5% to 11.65%, the concentration of VFA in effluent and acidification rate were about 148.3 mmol/L to 152.8 mmol/L and 10,74% to 12.6%, respectively. The ORP of effluent wast-200 mV, and B/C increased from 0.34 to 0.60, indicating that the biodeg-radability was greatly improved through hydrolysis acidification.
