粮油仓储设施运营期间软土地基沉降的数值模拟分析

摘要 粮油仓储设施在运营期内周期性的荷载变化是地基长期经受反复荷载作用的典型实例.低频反复荷载作用下的软土地基沉降特性与动力加载不同,亦区别于静力荷载.基于正弦荷载与梯形荷载固结理论,利用相关有限元软件,编制了相应的反复荷载计算程序.通过对筒仓实例进行正弦波形与梯形反复荷载数值模拟分析,研究了不同反复荷载形式下软土地基沉降特性以及地基中有效应力变化规律,结果表明梯形荷载计算结果更接近实际荷载. Silos and storage tanks are filled and emptied periodically in operational period, which is a typical case of soft soil layer under the long-term repeated loading. In most cases, this kind of loading has a long-time cycle which distinguishes from the dynamic loading and the static loading. This thesis is based on the theory of consolidation between the low-frequency sinusoidal repeated loading and the trapezoidal repeated loading. Using the software of finite element and its subroutines, the sinusoidal and trapezoidal repeated loading can be programmed. Through the numerical simulation analysis of sinusoidal and trapezoidal repeated loadings on silo examples, the paper studies the effective stress variation characteristics and foundation settlement of soft soil foundation under different loading forms. The research shows that the trapezoidal loading calculation results are closer to the actual loading.
