Optimization of Spatial Development Patterns in Puyang City

形成科学的国土空间开发格局是一个区域实现人与自然和谐为特征的绿色发展关键之一.以濮阳市为研究对象,划分濮阳市主体功能区,分别提出重点开发区、限制开发区、禁止开发区的范围、功能定位和国土开发要求;构建"一核二轴四级"为特征的市域城镇化格局,明确各空间单元发展方向;提出了蓄滞洪区优质粮食生产区、沿黄有机水稻生产区、黄河故道优质果蔬生产区、沿黄绿色奶牛养殖带、沿国道106生态观光农业带组成的"三区两带"为特征的农业发展格局,明确农业发展空间各单元发展策略;提出了平原土壤沙化控制农业生态区、濮范台洪水调蓄生态功能区、沿黄生态走廊、沿金堤河生态走廊组成的"两区两带"生态空间格局,明确了生态空间各单元的保护要求.

The spatial development pattern of science is a region realizes harmony between the man and the nature as the one of the characteristics is the key to the development of dark green. Selecting Puyang City as the research object and dividing the main-functional zones of Puyang City, we propose the function orientation and land development requirements of the key development zones, the restricted development zones, and the prohibited development zones. We put forward the pattern of regional urbanization about one development of the core, two development of the axis, four development of the driving point. We put forward the pattern of agricultural development about high quality food production area in the storage and detention zones, organic rice production area along the Yellow River, high quality fruit and vegetable production area in Yellow River died-riverway, dairy farming area along the Yellow River, ecological sightseeing agriculture along the national highway 106. And then we put forward the development strategy of agricultural development space unit. We put forward the ecological space pattern about plain soil desertification control agricultural biome, ecological function areas for the flood storage, the ecological corridor along the Yellow River, the ecological corridor along the Jindi River, and the clear of the protection requirements of the ecological space in each unit.
