高等院校辅导员“多维联动”一体化培养机制研究

Study on the integrated cultivation mechanism of the multidimensional linkages for counselors in colleges and universities

虽然近年来高校辅导员培养工作进入到"快车道",但仍存在诸多问题与不足之处。因此,探究高等院校辅导员规范化发展和科学培养机制尤为迫切。笔者从国内各高校辅导员培养的现状出发,深入分析其问题产生的缘由,从而得出辅导员培养应该建立从"内在驱动、外力促动、多方互动"等方面多维联动的新机制。

Although the cultivation works of counselors in colleges and universities step into the ＂ fast track＂ in recent years,there are still many problems and shortcomings. Therefore,it is particularly urgent to explore the standardized development and scientific cultivation mechanism for counselors in colleges and universities. This author deeply analyzes the causes of the problems starting from the present situation of cultivating the counselors in domestic colleges and universities. Thus,it is concluded that cultivating the counselors should set up a new mechanism of multi- dimensional linkage from the aspects of the inner drive,external actuating force,and multi- interaction.
