摘要
为优化夹带式连续卸船机的设计,采用平行四连杆式平衡配重原理,利用有限元分析软件,进行动态载荷模拟分析、结构应力分析,对臂架结构形式和尺寸参数进行优化;采用非对称机构设计理念,对大车运行机构进行优化;采用三通式和密闭结构工艺,对输料溜筒和出料口结构进行优化。经过一系列优化,夹带式连续卸船机的绿色环保性能得到提高,夹带式连续卸船机整机重量下降10%,整机功率消耗减少;实现输料全过程密封,抑制粉尘的产生。
To optimize the design of twin-belt continuous ship unloader, the parallel four-rod linkage balance counterweight system and the finite element analysis software are used to carry out the dynamic load simulation analysis and structure stress analysis, and the boom structure and dimension parameter are optimized. The gantry mechanism is optimized with the asymmetric mechanism design. The feeding chute and the discharge structure are enhanced respectively with three conduction and airtight structure technology. After a series of optimization, the green environmental protection performance of the twin-belt continuous ship unloader is improved, the overall weight of the twin-belt continuous ship unloader is decreased by 10 percent. The machine power consumption is reduced and the dust emission is controlled in the sealed convey material process.
