为了提高装车楼的装车质量,对装车楼的溜槽机构加装分料器和振动器,解决装车过程中的偏载和亏载的问题;改进装车楼控制程序,解决装车过程中超载和禁装车厢误装的问题。通过改造能基本解决装车楼装车过程中出现的各种问题,既满足铁路货物运输要求,又维护货主的利益。

In order to improve the loading quality of loading station, the distributor and the vibrator are installed on the chute mechanism of loading station to solve unbalanced loading and underload during the loading process. The problems of overload and mistaken loading for the carriage which is forbidden to load are solved with the improved loading station control procedure. The improvements largely solve the problems which are found in the loading process. The advantages are not only to meet the requirement of railway transport of goods, but also to safeguard the interests of cargo owner.
