高原地区野战医疗队非战争军事行动准备的困难与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures on Field Medical Team's Preparation for Non-combat Military Operations in Plateau Regions

为做好驻平原部队在高原地区遂行非战争军事行动准备,针对高原地区的特殊环境条件;本院结合玉树抗震救灾、2015年赴藏演习等实践经验,提出建立健全方案预案、开展针对性训练、推进实兵演练等思考建议,为未来在高原地区遂行卫勤保障任务提供借鉴。

In order to prepare troops in plain regions for non -combat military operations in plateau re-gions, according to the specific environment and conditions of high altitude , by combining the practical experience of earthquake relief in Yushu and exercises in Tibet in 2015, we proposed the establishment of sound planning , strict implementation of targeted training , and vigorous promotion of military exercises , in order to provide reference for future medical support tasks in the plateau regions .
