北京医改形势下患者“看病难”问题

The Problems of “Limited Access to Medical Service” in the New Medical Reform in Beijing

北京市于2009年开始进行医改,2012年在全国率先启动城市三甲公立医院综合改革试点。文章从社会、医院角度分析导致目前患者看病难的主要因素,并针对新医改形势下,对缓解患者"看病难"问题提出具体的意见和建议。

Beijing government launched medial reform in 2009 and initialized comprehensive reform pilots of nationwide urban tertiary hospitals .This paper analyzes the main factors that cause the problem of patients ’limit-ed access to medical service from the perspectives of both the society and hospital , and puts forward specific coun-termeasures accordingly.
