miRNA靶向调控Sp1在骨肉瘤中的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性的具有调控功能的非编码RNA,在细胞生长、增殖、分化及凋亡中发挥着重要的作用。转录因子特化蛋白-1(transcription factor specificity protein-1,Sp1)是SP/KLF家族中的一员。Sp1在骨肉瘤细胞核中参与了血管生成过程和调控肿瘤细胞的凋亡。同时,还可以通过调控癌基因、抑癌基因和细胞周期相关分子等,促进骨肉瘤细胞的生成、血管生成、侵袭及转移。因此,对miRNA抑制Sp1蛋白及其作用机制的深入研究,可能为揭示骨肉瘤的转移、复发机制研究开辟新的方向,为研发针对下调Sp1的靶向药物来治疗骨肉瘤的治疗方案提供了理论基础。本文针对近期骨肉瘤中miRNA靶向调控Sp1的作用研究进展作一综述。
