摘要
在泵管路设计中,针对整个系统的安全防护和泵正常运行流量的要求,配置合理的管路元件。依据限流孔板的特性和管路计算,阐述它在泵管路系统中的应用。通过计算孔板口径,探讨在管路系统中如何选用适合的限流孔板,并且全面考虑整个流量分配系统与泵回流线路的关系,使之与系统安全操作相匹配。结果表明,在正常运行时使用合适的限流孔板和回路管径,不仅能够保证输出量,而且在事故情况下排出流量保护设备,有效地配合了整个系统内设备的安全设计。
In the design of pump' s piping system, configuring the proper pipeline elements as required by both protection and safety of whole system and the pump' s normal flow becomes necessary. According to restriction orifice' s characteristic and the piping calculation, their application in the pump' s piping system was introduced. Through calculating the orifice diameter, discussing the way of selecting proper restriction orifice and considering the relationship between the entire flow distribution system and the reflux pump line, the safe operation of the system can be realized. The results show that, the suitable restriction orifice and pipe diameter selected can ensure the output and discharge the fluid in accident conditions so as to protect devices as the security design required.
