一种酰胺类成核剂对聚乳酸结晶行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过自主设计合成一种含酰胺结构的新型成核剂——1,6-二苯基己烷基脲(NA6),并利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了NA6成核剂(1~8wt%)对聚乳酸(PLLA)结晶行为的影响。结果表明,随着NA6成核剂含量的增加,PLLA的结晶温度由93.8℃提高到118.6℃,结晶度由12.0%提高到65.5%;130℃时的等温结晶速率提高到0.56min-1,是纯PLLA的14.5倍。此外,NA6成核剂可显著减小PLLA的球晶尺寸,且随着成核剂含量的提高成核效果愈加明显。 A novel nucleating agent-1,6-diphenyl hexyl carbamide(NA6)with a structure of amide was synthesized to prepare PLLA/NA6 blends.The influence of the nucleating agent content(1-8 wt%)on crystallization and crystal morphology was researched by using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and polarizing optical microscopy(POM).The results first reveal that pure PLLA shows a crystallization peak(Tc)at 93.8℃.Later the Tcvalue shifts gradually to 118.6℃with increasing NA6 content in the PLLA/NA6 blend,and at the same time,the crystalline degree increases from 12.0%to 65.5%.The results also indicate that the isothermal crystallization rate at 130℃ increases to 0.56min-1,14.5times as much as that of pure PLLA.Moreover,the size of PLLA spherulites becomes smaller and the nucleating effect gets more significant with the increase of NA6 content.
