摘要
压缩空气广泛应用于工业生产,但产生压缩空气的效率不高,成为气动系统效率低的主要原因。应用喷雾直接冷却压缩空气以降低压缩能耗,提高气动系统效率,达到节能减排的目的。分析了空气压缩方式、压缩机空气入口温度、喷雾颗粒和不同比体积对压缩机能耗和节能效率的影响。通过计算分析,在喷雾比体积下,采用喷雾直接冷却压缩空气,节能效率最高能达到38.8%,喷雾冷却压缩空气为压缩空气节能提供了一种有效的方式。
Compressed air has been widely used in industrial processes, however, the main reason for the low efficiency of pneumatic system is the low efficiency of the compressed air production, Directly spray cooling com- pressed air could achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction by reducing the compressing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of pneumatic system. According to the model, the properties of cooling parameters, such as ways of compressed air, inlet and outlet temperature of compressor, diameter of spray particle and different ratio volumes, which have the effects on the compressor power consumption and energy saving efficiency have been analyzed. Under the different ratio volumes, the highest energy-saving efficiency of directly spray cooling compressed air can reach 38.8%. As a result, directly spray cooling compressed air provides an effective solution for power-saving in pneumatic system.
