摘要
螺纹插装式缓冲溢流阀作为缓冲阀的一种,已经广泛应用于各类工程机械。在分析液压回转马达缓冲式溢流阀结构及工作原理的基础上,运用Fluent流场仿真软件对其流道模型内部流场进行仿真研究。通过流场速度矢量分布图及压力云图,对不同参数下该阀的流场特性进行分析,据此对缓冲溢流阀进行结构改进。结果表明在阀芯上加均压槽有助于减小阀腔内的局部高压而降低系统的压力冲击,从而提高缓冲式溢流阀的缓冲性能。
As one of cushion valve, the threaded cartridge buffer overflow valve has been widely used in all kinds of construction machinery. To establish the valve flow field analysis model using Fluent fluid simulation software, the structure and working principle of hydraulic motor buffer overflow valve are analyzed. Through the flow field velocity and pressure contours, flow field characteristics of the valve with different parameters are analyzed. The test result on the improved structure shows that pressure groove on the spool can reduce local high pressure of valve chamber and system pressure shock and improve the performance of the buffer relief valve.
